Transportation Environmental Study Report (future report)
This Project will culminate in the preparation of a Transportation Environmental Study Report that will outline the environmental assessment process, consultation, impacts, mitigation measures, and design details for the Highway 11 Pilot Project, 2+1 Roadway Model.
Upon completion, the Transportation Environmental Study Report for the study will be available here.
